Betaling contributie

De kosten voor het lidmaatschap worden jaarlijks op de beleids-ALV vastgesteld. De contributie voor afgelopen jaar is vastgesteld op €125,-. De nieuwe contributie zal in oktober worden vastgesteld. Daarnaast dien je in het bezit te zijn van een ACLO kaart. Je bent bij Mayday vrijblijvend lid t/m 15 oktober, na deze datum ben je lid voor het gehele verenigingsjaar. Je bent vanaf 15 oktober dus verplicht om de contributie te betalen, in het bezit te zijn van een ACLO kaart en jaarlijks 8 uur te besteden aan de schoonmaak- en/of klusacties.

Loting

De loting is open!

Dit jaar zijn er 140 plekken voor eerstejaars bij Mayday. Wanneer er meer dan 140 aanmeldingen zijn zal er een loting plaatsvinden.

Na de loting treedt er een wachtlijst in werking tot maandag 2 september. Wanneer je bent uitgeloot zal je een willekeurige positie op de wachtlijst toegewezen krijgen. Wanneer je je na de loting inschrijft word je achteraan de wachtlijst geplaatst.

De volgende zeilers kunnen vrijstelling krijgen van de loting:

1. Instructeurs
2. Wedstrijdzeilers
3. Zeilers met ervaring op grote platbodems

Wil je hier aanspraak op maken? Stuur dan naast je inschrijving uiterlijk donderdag 15 augustus om 20:00 een mail naar ballotagecommissie@gszmayday.nl met de volgende dingen:

1. Korte omschrijving van je zeilervaring
2. Eventueel behaalde zeildiploma's
3. Contactgegevens

English: Membership Fee

The membership fee will be defined during the policy-GMM. Last year's contribution was defined at €125,-. This membership fee will be voted upon in October. Additionally, members are required to obtain an ACLO card. Your membership at Mayday is without obligation until October 15; after this date, your membership is fixed for the rest of the academic year. Therefore, after October 15 members are obligated to pay their membership fees, aquire an ACLO card and to commit a minimum of 8 hours per year on maintainance and/or cleaning activities.

The draw is open!

This year, there are 140 spaces for first year members at Mayday. In the occurrence of more than 140 applications, there will be a draw.

After the draw, a waiting list will be in effect until September 2th. When you are not drawn, you will be assigned a random position on the waiting list. If you register after the draw, you will be placed at the end of the waiting list.

The following sailers from any discipline can apply for an exemption from the draw:

1. Instructors;
2. Racers;
3. Experienced with large flat-bottomed boats (e.g. skûtsjes or clippers).
